INTERACTIVE WINDOWS

WINNER OF SEARS 2012 INNOVATION AWARD - Principal Writer (concepts, story, copy, mood boards, presentations)

One-of-a-kind retail window event. This experience takes guest through a variety of immersive holiday and brand-based experiences filling (initially) three full windows on State Street in downtown Chicago, with backlit projection digital interactive displays. Intention was to increase pedestrian traffic, leverage current brand stories and provide an experience that would delight and entertain. See a sample of some of the windows below and the entire project in detail in the download.

Meant to live across seasons and holidays, this particular fall mockup showcases how leaves blow and move around as a pedestrian walks by. Another fun element is the window mirrors their silhouette as they pass on by, making for a fun moment of surprise and wonder.

For the holidays, this example of one window shows how it lights up and interacts with pedestrians as they walk by. It also features live social updates from Twitter to show user-generated messages. The art is always moving and changing and interacting.

Featuring the hot toys of the season and what’s on every kids list this year, this window features a fun floating display of snow globes you can shake and move and play with.
